Brian’s career in the search business has spanned 35 years, culminating in his co-founding Fenway Search Group in 2003. After graduating UMass-Amherst and working at Arthur Andersen’s Boston office Brian began his recruitment career with the national firm Romac & Associates. Rising to become President of the Boston office he played a critical role in orchestrating the company’s IPO and helped create a national specialty in executive level staffing of CFO’s and Controllers for interim and project engagements. He is a 20 year participant and former Board member of the Association for Corporate Growth.
Bill Griffiths co-founded Fenway Search Group with Brian in 2003 after spending 22 years with Kforce/Romac. Graduating Holy Cross with an accounting degree he began his career with the Boston office of Arthur Andersen. He entered the recruitment industry in 1980 with Romac where he worked his way up to Group President of the Finance and Accounting Search and Temporary business units.
Bill is extremely active in alumni affairs at both Catholic Memorial High School and Holy Cross as well as the Parent’s Association at St. Sebastian’s School, Ursuline Academy and Assumption College. He is also an Incorporator at Blue Hill Bank.
Carl Baskind has been placing financial and accounting professionals for over thirty years. After earning his accounting degree and working at KPMG he worked for 14 years and became a partner at Romac/Kforce of Boston. In 1994 he founded Baskind Consulting & Placement where he continued to specialize in the accounting and financial placement field. In 2009 he merged resources with Fenway Consulting Group, reuniting with Brian, Bill and Ed.
Carl was the President of the Route 128 Chapter of the National Association of Accountants and recently served as President of the University of Michigan’s Women’s Lacrosse Club.
Mike literally grew up in the staffing industry, his parents having owned and operated a placement business where, after graduating from the University of Connecticut, he was responsible for opening its first Accounting and Finance branch.
After leaving the family business Mike moved to Boston and joined Fenway where he has become an integral part of its operations. He specializes in target recruiting for our corporate clients, supporting our permanent, interim and project searches.
Mike is a scratch golfer and spent much of his earlier years at BraeBurn Country Club where he is in the Caddie Hall of Fame.
Ed is yet another veteran of Kforce/Romac where he held a variety of positions revolving around temporary staffing and marketing. Before joining Fenway he was Manager of Professional Staffing for Veritude, a subsidiary of Fidelity Investments, where he was responsible for interim staffing on a nationwide basis. Prior to that Ed served as the Director of Resource Development at TAC Worldwide where he developed and launched new service offerings on both a local and national level.

Brett was born and raised in Newton Massachusetts. After graduating from Newton South High School, he attended the University of Tampa where he earned a degree in finance with a concentration in accounting. Over the last few years, Brett gained experience as a financial analyst at a Providence area manufacturer, cost accounting experience at a multi-national technology company and sales training at a leading financial services firm. He is a diehard Boston sports fan who regularly goes fishing off the coast of Cape Cod and the Islands.

Glen has over 15 years of experience recruiting tax professionals and heads up a team who’s specific focus is on Mid to Senior/Executive level Tax recruitment for the New England area.
Glen received his MST from Bryant University and started his career working in the Tax Department at KPMG and EY.
